The standard SPD cleat by Shimano.  This cleat will release from the pedal only by moving your heel away from the pedal (single release) and is intended for Shimano SPD pedals only. We recommend using these cleats for outdoor cycling in particular on hybrid and mountain bike pedals.

We recommend the (multi release) for indoor applications like spinning and stationary bikes.
